I needed to get a storage unit quickly in order to make room and store some extra furniture. Having never rented a unit before, I expected grungy, shady outdoor lots with exorbitant fees and miserable staff. I opted for a small business over a chain as I often do, and made my reservation online. I went the next day to take care of the paperwork, and the gentleman was extremely pleasant and knowledgable, super efficient with the paperwork, and the rate was the rate with no extra charges or fees. Overall a great experience! The limited hours aren't ideal, but for the cleanliness and staff, I'll take it
